These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prime Nature Wellness Care Limited website (the "Site") and the services described on it, including our consultation service, distributor program, and admin/distributor portals. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, submitting the Consultation form, applying to become a distributor, or logging into the distributor or admin portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business (for example, as a distributor applicant), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Website Use

Prime Nature Wellness Care Limited is a Nigerian wellness company offering herbal nutraceutical products and wellness consultation services. Our website provides information about our products, allows you to request a consultation, apply to become a distributor, and connects you with our team via WhatsApp, phone, or in person at our Abuja office. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, application, or consultation request
• Misrepresent your identity or, where applicable, your authority to act for a business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin or distributor portals, or to any account other than your own
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or attempt to bypass its security features
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

4. Consultation Service

Our consultation service is intended to help you understand our products and select those that may suit your wellness goals. Booking a consultation does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and any recommendation given is not a medical prescription. We review the information you share with us in good faith, but we do not guarantee specific results, and individual outcomes vary.

5. Ordering Products

Retail orders are currently placed and confirmed through WhatsApp, phone, or in person with our team; the public Site itself does not process online payments or store card details. Wholesale orders may be placed directly by approved distributors through the distributor portal once available. All orders are subject to confirmation, availability, and our internal review before dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery detail.

6. Distributor Accounts

Our distributor program is offered at our discretion. Submitting a distributor enquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If approved, you will be granted access to a distributor account, which allows you to view wholesale pricing and place wholesale orders. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your account with any other individual or business
• The accuracy of the business and order information you submit through your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Wholesale pricing and distributor account access are exclusive to approved distributors and may not be shared with or resold to non-approved third parties. Additional terms may apply and will be communicated directly to approved distributors.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and health education content on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Product formulations, packaging, and availability may change over time. 10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a distributor's account access, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• Information provided during application or account use was false or misleading;
• Account credentials have been shared or compromised; or
• Suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the Site, other users, or PrimeNature.

You may also request closure of your distributor account at any time by contacting us. Suspension or termination does not affect any obligations (such as payment for orders already placed) that arose before the suspension or termination took effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
